Q. What should I expect during our first session?
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin working towards your goals. Typically, the session will start with an intake assessment to understand your background, current concerns, and establish a therapy goal. This session will also be a chance for us to build rapport and ask any questions you may have for me.
Q. What are your fees?
Individual therapy: $200/50-minute session
Couples & Family therapy: $220/50-minute session
I understand that financial constraints can be a barrier to accessing mental health care. I offer a sliding scale fee structure based on your income and financial situation. Please reach out to discuss the options and see if you qualify.
Q. Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider and do not take insurance. However, I can provide a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Please talk to your insurance provider to see if they accept a Superbill.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
My practice has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible, so that we can discuss possible solutions in advance.
